Appointments
Making an appointment is easy! You can make it through this site, or call us at 614-228-1113 to talk to one of our helpful staff members to assist you. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We require at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation. When you get here, look for our designated parking spots to ensure you don't have to pay for parking!
Insurance, Billing, and Payment Options
We accept most traditional insurance plans, please reach out to your Dental Insurer to see if Dr. Ford is a provider in their network. Once you've done this, give us a call to set up an appointment! If you're a returning patient who's insurance has changed, please inform us or bring a copy of the new card to your next appointment. If you have a copayment or outstanding balance with our office, we accept checks, cash or credit cards.
